Firestone Complete Auto Care

We had an A/C emergency 3 hours into our drive from Dallas and drove with no air for 3 hours in 100 temps. We called and asked them for help. We walked in the door at 4:30 the day before a holiday. They were so very nice and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to get the part needed because the dealerships are all closed for the holiday, but they did help us out enough to limp back home to Dallas until we can get it fixed at the dealership next week. We really appreciated their help and willingness to go above and beyond for us!

I wanted to share my positive experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care. They offer same day turnaround and are conveniently open on Sundays. I primarily visit this location for oil changes. Although they are often busy and require a wait, the customer service is great and the service itself is efficient. The staff are very helpful, and I plan to continue bringing my vehicles to this location.

We stopped in to have the struts checked. We ended up with safe struts, new tires, alignment, and new wiper blades. I felt like they took really good care of us. The staff was great.

The guys here are always helpful and work with me. Ben was real helpful. They are always busy so it does take time and you do have to wait for your place in line.

TJ and the team at Firestone complete auto care on Coulter provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable kind and did not try to oversell me. He also alleviated some of the anxiety around my car repair. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs. Thank you, TJ for showing me kindness and being patient while assisting me with my dealership warranty claim.
